My Approach
I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, which means I focus on the deeper, unconscious aspects of your emotional life. This approach can help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why, and how long-standing patterns, especially ones outside of your conscious awareness, may be shaping your self-esteem, relationships, work, and daily life.
